Jesús Martínez, to Canteli: “We promise to celebrate the Hall of Fame ceremony in Oviedo”

Jesús Martínez lived the day he was waiting for. In his intervention at the beginning of the act, Martínez increased his bet. When he thanked the Mayor of Oviedo, Alfredo Canteli, for the “hospitality” throughout the week, he assured that “we promise to celebrate the ceremony very soon in Oviedo”.

The ceremony for this edition will be in the United States, in a city to be determined, and all the stars chosen in the vote that took place this afternoon in Oviedo will go there. There have been 18 people chosen from the different categories by the journalists, including LA NUEVA ESPAÑA: Ancelotti, Puyol, Eto’o, Totti, Xavi, Kaká, Rivaldo, Márquez, Cuathemoc Blanco, Quirarte, Lavolpe, Óscar Pérez , Seeler, Pretinha, Alves Zague, Isidoro Díaz, Emilio Azkárraga and Andrea Rodebaugh.

Martínez’s intervention was emotional, as he recalled the imminent birth of his granddaughter Juliana. Thebes, on the new sports city

Javier Tebas, president of La Liga, was also present at the vote for the International Football Hall of Fame. During his visit, he took the opportunity to take stock of the football situation and also spoke about the future sports city of Real Oviedo, which if nothing goes wrong will be built in Latores.

“Jesús Martínez works for a sports city. He, in his projects, takes the quarry into account. Pachuca goes beyond football and the sports city is in that line. I have reports from Oviedo and press summaries from the sports city. It is a decision of the club, but it seems good to me that the clubs grow, ”he assured.
