Is it too late to start a sports doctor at 14? (sports, dancing, tennis)

I recently turned 14. I had been thinking about starting a sport again for several months so that I could get moving again. I did ballet and jazz dance for a very long time, but then stopped because I was no longer interested in it. Then I tried other sports like tennis, gymnastics or baseball.

I’m interested in cheerleading, dancing or tennis, but I don’t know if it’s too late now (especially cheerleading) because I’m too ‘old’. Most people start with it at a young age.

I’m also not that flexible, I can’t do the splits or a straight handstand.

Is that still possible?
