Credit Suisse’s artistic activation with a flying sculpture of its ambassador Roger Federer

Long-time partner of Roger Federer, Credit Suisse continues to support the former tennis player and offers an unusual campaign in collaboration with the artist Ugo Rondinone.

Roger Federer made “the big leap” from spectator to actor by participating in the creation of “burn shine fly”, an artistic installation presented at the Venice Biennale from April to September 2022. But it’s only been known for a few days that Federer was involved and visible.

The “flying” part of the installation consisted of seven human-sized sculptures including one in the image of Roger Federer. No one recognized him. “I had the idea of flying bodies maybe three or four years ago and then I was inspired” explains the artist.

“It is a universal sign that can be understood by everyone. As you enter the church, you immediately see…these flying bodies hidden in the form of clouds…Your reaction is direct. » adds Federer.

A 45-minute long documentary was notably produced by Credit Suisse.
