BM ON LBA/ Pesaro returns to success, defeated Reggio Emilia 85-74 at the Vitrifrigo Arena

The Carpegna Prosciutto Basket Pesaro in the match of 18th day of Serie A returns to success and does so by giving a beautiful performance to the 4500 red and white fans. At the Vitrifrigo Arena the match against UNAHOTELS Reggio Emilia ends 85-74 in favor of Pesaro who thus confirm their fourth place in the standings, rising to 22.

Coach Jasmin Repesa has ordered a quintet of Gudmundsson, Abdur-Rahkman, Charalampopoulos, Cheatham and Kravic while coach Sakota has affirmed Cinciarini, Anim, Reuvers, Olisevicius and Hopkins.

The match starts with Cheatham’s bomb to which the ex of the evening answers Andrea Cinciarini. The Pesaro team immediately start strong and with Charalampopoulos they go up 5-3. Kravic’s semi-hook is 7-5; it goes on point by point, then Cheatham’s triple allows Carpegna Prosciutto Basket Pesaro to overtake. The last ten minutes begin with an excellent Davide Moretti, author of five important points. Totè also realizes and suffers a foul by Vitali: in the 33rd minute the red and white are ahead 65-59. Olisevicius shortens the distance, Pesaro rallongs with the two speed points of captain Delfino. Coach Sakota calls timeout 6’02” from the conclusion on 71-62, Cinciarini puts in the shot from long distance which is worth the new Reggio -6. A few moments later it is Delfino who scores from the arc, then imitated by Tambone for 79-69. Mars replies to Singlin from seven meters and then signs the two points which effectively close the game which ends 85-74.
