Bamba Dieng, Senegalese international striker, joined Lorient during the winter transfer window from Marseille and scored his first goal with Les Merlus during the 24th day of Ligue 1 against Ajaccio (3-0) this Sunday.
Having not played much with Olympique de Marseille, he had expressed the desire to leave to have more playing time, and it was Lorient who recruited him to strengthen their line of attack.
