Ancelotti: “The problem is not with Vinicius, it is with Spanish football”

Carlo Ancelotti, the Real Madrid coach, appeared at a press conference in the hours before the Club World Cup semifinal match between the Whites and Al-Ahly (Wednesday, 8:00 pm) in Rabat. The team will leave this afternoon for Morocco, where if it qualifies for the final it will stay until Sunday, since the game for the title will be played on Saturday at 8:00 p.m.

Carletto recovered his more serious face to talk about what is happening around Vinicius: “The question I ask is this: What do Vinicius or his teammates have to defend themselves against? Here it seems that the problem is Vinicius And it is not like that. It is a problem of Spanish football and it must be solved. Vinicius is the victim of something I don’t understand.”

Later, the Italian spoke about the difficult moment in the game that Madrid has been experiencing since the return of the World Cup: “The demands are very high and we have to evaluate what is happening. I I still think that the team is growing and that we arrived in good condition. Within the team we are confident that we are going to do well this season.”

In Morocco, as in many other places, we have many fans and this makes us very excited. The World Cup is well organized, the country has also shown us all its love. The facilities are good, the grass is good, we have good weather… We’re going to be here for a week and hopefully we can come back with the title.”
