The year 2023 seems to be the year of women’s sport par excellence with the Women’s Football World Cup scheduled for this summer and then the Women’s World Handball Championship at the end of the year. But will these competitions arouse the same interest among the public, will they be entitled to the same media coverage? “Tomorrow in the spotlight” addresses these questions on the occasion of the International Day of Women’s Sport which is celebrated each year on January 24.
