What could it be caused by?
During major launches, we take extra security measures to prevent automated devices from accessing our site. In this way we protect users and give everyone the same chance to buy shoes. Some feature of the device you are using must have activated our security system, and consequently we cannot allow you to access the site.
How can I solve this situation?
Try refreshing the page, or accessing it using a different browser or device. Also, check if any scripts (such as ad blockers) are active in your browser and try disabling them.
If that didn’t fix the problem, it could be caused by malware. If you’re using a personal device, try scanning it with antivirus software to make sure it’s not infected. If you are using a device on a shared network, ask your system administrator to scan it for infected or misconfigured devices.
