The 21st date of the Uruguayan Basketball League begins this Monday where Peñarol and Olimpia play vital points to escape relegation.
After losing to Defensor Sporting and Goes, Peñarol has six games left to get off the bottom of the table in a tournament where he started with five points less due to the punishment for the behavior of his fans, protagonists of several acts of violence last season.
Olimpia, for its part, drags five consecutive defeats in a terrible season where it hired Gustavo Barrera and Esteban Batista.
The last two of the table will go down at the end of the second round of the contest.
The first five qualify directly for the playoffs to play in the quarterfinals.
Those located from sixth to 11th will play a play-in to complete the other three quarterfinalists.
