Santander midfielder Sherman Andrés Cárdenas Estipiñán expressed on his Instagram account the love and affection he feels for Atlético Bucaramanga.
The skilled soccer player, who this season will play with Once Caldas de Manizales, published an emotional video of several of his main actions with the cast ‘Leopardo’.
Sherman made his debut with Atlético in 2005 and then spent two more periods, between 2018 and 2019, and the most recent between 2021 and 2022.
“For me, Atlético Bucaramanga means everything, it’s a great team, it’s the team I’m a fan of, to which I owe many things, which led me to become a professional,” says the 33-year-old player.
He also added that: “I am left with the beauty, with the love that my city awakens in me, with the affection that I received from the fans, with the image of the stadium full of yellow and with tears full of happiness. Time and will of God are perfect. Infinite thanks from the bottom of my soul and my heart. I hope that football unites us again”.
