SPORTS. The 39th edition of the Gala Sport-homage Desjardins saw the Shawinigan Cataractes crowned, for their first ever President’s Cup, and the Club de canotage de Shawinigan, for holding the National Canoe-Kayak Sprint Championships, as the Team par excellence and the Event par excellence at the interprovincial, Canadian or higher level.
