Rafa Nadal sensationally exits the Australian Open tennis, the first tournament of the 2023 Grand Slam. An injury to his left leg, which strongly affected him, had a decisive influence on the defeat suffered by the Spaniard. Nadal was defeated by the American Mackenzie McDonald, No. 65 in the ranking, who prevailed in three sets with a score of 6-4, 6-4, 7-5, after 2h26′ of play. In the next round McDonald, born in 1995, will face the winner of the match between the Japanese Yoshihito Nishioka (seeded n.31) and the Czech Dalibor Svrcina.
