Punta Umbría will host this Saturday at the Antonio Gil Hernández sports center, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., a Self-Defense Workshop for Women and a School-Age Judo Meeting. For the Councilor for Sports of the Punta Umbría City Council, Alejandro Rodríguez, “the people defense workshop is a great opportunity to teach defense techniques to the women of our town”.
The workshop will be taught by the National Specialist Teacher, Sebastian Manuel Alvarado Maciasand anticipation and attack techniques for sensitive areas aimed at women, who do not need great physical capacity for their personal defense, will be worked on.
