At the individual judo championships for U 18 and U 21 in Adorf, seven athletes from JV Ippon Rodewisch made it onto the podium at the weekend. It was not just about the title at state level, but also about qualifying for the Central German Individual Championships, which will take place in Schmölln on February 4th for the under-18s and one day later for the under-21s. To the surprise of coaches Björn Stäwen and Patrick Adam, Chantal Dolle in the U18s won the silver medal and Lukas Schädlich bronze from Rodewisch. Nevio Reich also came third. In the U21s, Quentin Paul impressed with second place, his club colleagues Wieland Gropp, Jonas Reinhold and Nika Agumava finished third.
