Richard Bland and Ian Poulter lead the Dubai Desert Classic, Victor Perez and Julien Brun 7th

Interrupted by nightfall, the second day of the tournament ended at the start of the second round. With the delay caused by weather conditions on the first day, 51 players were able to start their second round. The provisional leaders are Richard Bland stopped at the 4th hole. The tournament is extended until Monday January 30 due to the delay in the first day.
