NHL: Reorganization of the administrative organization chart at the Buffalo Sabers

The buffalo sabers et Pegula Sports & Entertainment of the NHL have hired John Roth as Chief Operating Officer.

Co-owner Terry Pegula announced Roth’s appointment on Tuesday. His wife Kim Pegula remains president of the Sabers and Bills of the NFL, while recovering from what her family described as unexpected health issues that led to her being hospitalized in June.

PSE, which oversees Pegula’s holdings, did not immediately respond to a message from theAssociated Press requesting an update on Madame Pegula’s health status.

Roth will report to the owner and assume control of the day-to-day business operations of the Sabers after spending the past 24 years at Fidelity Investments.

Pegula added that he will continue to work with general manager Kevyn Adams on the hockey side while Roth will help “continue to grow the culture” of the team. We do not know what responsibilities Kim Pegula will assume upon her return.
