NBA | Denver stays the course without Jokic, Warriors spoil Spurs party

The Denver Nuggets proved Friday night that they don’t need Nikola Jokic to remain the masters of the Western Conference. With Jamal Murray (24 points) and Michael Porter (22) and five other players at nine units or beyond, the collective fulfilled its mission at the Clippers (103-115), putting their foot on the accelerator in second half time.

For its part New Orleans, third, also traveled well in Detroit against the Pistons (110-116), thanks in particular to 33 points and 16 rebounds from Jonas Valanciunas.
