NBA: Celtics continue to win – Curry with a spectacular goal

The Boston Celtics have continued their winning streak in the North American basketball professional league NBA. Led by Jayson Tatum, the Eastern Conference leaders beat last year’s finalists against the Golden State Warriors 121-118 after overtime. It was the eighth win in a row for the Celtics, and the record champions have won a total of 34 times this season, more than any other team.

As the best thrower of the game, Tatum contributed 34 points, 19 rebounds and six assists, but superstar Stephen Curry (29 points) provided a spectacular hit on the opposing side: the four-time NBA champion started to throw behind the center line and scored with the buzzer at half time.

Meanwhile, the Philadelphia 76ers secured third place in the east with a 105-95 win over the Portland Trail Blazers, while fourth-placed Brooklyn Nets lost 112-117 to the Phoenix Suns without the injured Kevin Durant. The Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Toronto Raptors 128-126.
