After two successive failures against Bourges and Lattes-Montpellier, ASVEL recovered perfectly at Basket Landes (58-76).
With 20 points from Alexia Chartereau, 15 from Helena Ciak, 8 assists from Julie Allemand, 7 rebounds from Gabby Williams, the Lyonnaises had plenty of options. Without forgetting Sandrine Gruda who, for her 6th game in the Women’s League, combined 5 points and 8 rebounds in 21 minutes.
The Lyonnaises got their hands on the game straight away, leading 26-13 after one quarter and never wavered. Coach David Gautier can simply regret the 17 lost balls.
