French Cup: Club record as captain: Mbappé shoots PSG into the round of 16

In his first official game as captain, Kylian Mbappé made club history with Paris Saint-Germain.

In the 7-0 (4-0) victory of the French soccer champions in the second round of the cup at the lower-league team US Pays de Cassel, the star striker was the first player in his club to score five goals in one game.

The 24-year-old World Cup runner-up scored in the 29th, 34th, 40th, 56th and 79th minute to easily win and qualify for the round of 16. Neymar (33′) and Carlos Soler (64′) scored the other goals.
