Colón fell at Roque Otrino as a local on his return to activity in the Argentine Basketball League by 94 to 90 against Villa San Martín de Resistencia.
The match began with a fight, with high goalscoring by both teams. After a first quarter in which the protagonists had few differences, the partial result was 25-27 for the visit.
Very little changed before the first half ended. The round trip in which the match was immersed ended in an equally tight closing of the first quarter. Going into the long break, the score was 43-46.

It was at the start of the second half that Villa San Martín managed to take a light away. The closed hoop of the home owner gave the Chaco team the chance to build a maximum, which it cost them to maintain in the last quarter.
With less than five minutes to go, Colón came dangerously close on the scoreboard, reducing the difference to two points. It was in one of the last plays that a conversion by the visitor left those led by Juan Siemienczuk with no chance of changing history.
In this way, it could not be for Sabalero at the start of 2023. He will return to the field next Sunday 01/15 when he visits Libertad in Sunchales, from 8:00 p.m.
