Chiefs: Patrick Mahomes will be the starting quarterback against the Bengals

Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid has confirmed that Patrick Mahomes will be his starting quarterback for the American Conference Finals (AFC), which will be played Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals.

“He looks good,” Reid said. He moves well. He will play. »

Mahomes sprained his right ankle in last Saturday’s victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars. He left the field for one streak and returned to the game afterwards, but his mobility was badly affected.

The star quarterback mentioned Thursday that he believed he could be equal to himself against the Bengals.

The Bengals beat the Chiefs 27-20 in the AFC Finals last season.
