Conor McGregor, Irish mixed martial arts fighter, shared a video on his Instagram account where he announced that he was hit by a car.
The fighter said that the mishap occurred while he was riding his bicycle, a blow that put his life at risk, fortunately he only had injuries to some joints.
“I got hit by a car right now from behind. A sun trap, the driver couldn’t see me. At full speed he took me. Thank God, it wasn’t my time,” said the Irish fighter.
McGregor, who was grateful to be alive, added in the video that one of the things that helped him stay alive was his knowledge of martial arts.
“Thanks also to wrestling and judo. Having this knowledge while landing has saved my life,” he added.
