In an offensive, high-class game, both teams scored 59 points together in the first quarter. Only the hosts were able to keep up this rhythm, thanks to a 20:2 run they pulled away to 61:41 at the break. Thanks to a 16-0 run at the beginning of the final quarter, the Crailsheimers pulled away decisively. The Niners Chemnitz achieved their fourth home win in a row with an 89:76 (41:40) win over the Fraport Skyliners from Frankfurt.
