Winger Xeyrius Williams has left the Würzburg Baskets at his own request. Williams is moving to Israeli Premier League club and FIBA Europe Cup participant Hapoel Haifa.
The 25-year-old American came to the Baskets from Greece last summer. In 16 Bundesliga games he was in the starting lineup and recorded 9.6 points and 4.2 rebounds per game. He’s also the fourth-best blocker in the entire basketball league this season with 1.5 blocked throws per game.
