The CD Badminton Zamora has shown its most supportive side thanks to the celebration of a charity tournament in favor of the ONG “Babies Uganda”.
Aitor Llandrespresident and coach of the club, after passing through this African country in July, where he was able to see first-hand the great work that Babies Uganda is doing in the area, decided to organize this charity competition to raise a significant amount of money that will go entirely to the organization.

Throughout the morning they enjoyed a festive atmosphere in the Manuel Camba stands, with intense and even matches, with federated and non-federated categories, from 6 to 60 years of age.
Thanks to this initiative, 800 euros have been raised, which will undoubtedly be of great help in Uganda, collaborating with the orphanage, the school, or the medical center, which the NGO finances and coordinates.
CD Badminton Zamora begins 2023 with high activity, resuming training for all groups this week, preparing for the first competitions of this season, which has only just begun.
