Appearing at the 2023 India Open, Flashback of Fajar/Rian’s Attack Makes the Great Wall of China Collapse in an Instant

Fajar/Rian are now experiencing their heyday, because they have been able to appear impressive since mid-2022, after receiving criticism at the start of last season.

Now the pair nicknamed FajRi are on fire and are even ranked number one in the world in the men’s doubles sector.

Not only that, Fajar/Rian also won the Super 1000 Malaysia Open 2023 title which was the opening tournament this season.

Currently Fajar/Rian are preparing to appear at the India Open 2023 on Tuesday (17/1/23) to Sunday (22/1/23) this week.

But before appearing in the S750 level tournament, Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto had amazed Badminton Lovers including BWF because of their playing style.

This is known from BWF’s latest upload on Instagram, which posted the moment Fajar/Rian faced Chinese representatives, Liang Wei Keng/Wang Chang in the 2023 Malaysia Open final.

In the upload, Fajar/Rian can be seen taking a number of great actions in the form of a defense which is difficult to break even though they have to fall up and down. After going through a long rally, finally the Indonesian representatives scored 15-9 points in the third game.

Suddenly, BWF’s upload about the defense of Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto which also made China’s ‘great wall’ owned by Liang Wei Keng/Wang Chang in the 2023 Malaysia Open final before appearing at the 2023 India Open became the spotlight.
