Guérigny. The young judokas of Asgu stand out. Very recently, five youngsters from the judo section of Asgu fought at the Saint-Marcel Open (Saône-et-Loire).
In a very tough and very dense competition (thirty-six entries), they honored the colors of their club with several good places. Honor to Nina Surelle (gold medal), followed by Mazarine Honoré and Jules Louat (fifth).
Very encouraging results in view of the departmental championships which will take place in January. In another register, that of integration, the section of the president, David Gomez, took part in a day of adapted judo, at the end of November, at the dojo of Fourchambault. Many adults, from different homes in the department, were able to practice in a very friendly atmosphere, Asgu being well represented with a dozen residents of the homes of Feuilles (Urzy) and Coulanges-lès-Nevers, members of the club thanks to to a partnership with Adapei. They were able to follow the training, supervised by the new Guérignois teacher, Florian Lafarge, recruited for his specific diplomas in the supervision of disabled people, a priority for Asgu which devotes two weekly sessions to it.
