A man has been indicted for aggravated violence in the investigation opened after the stabbing on Thursday of a high school student 17 near his establishment in Scales (Seine-et-Marne), indicated, Tuesday, December 6, 2022, the parquet floor of Meaux to l’AFP.
The suspect, born in 2004, was “Indicted on the count of violence aggravated by three circumstances with ITT (total incapacity for work) greater than eight days”, said Jean-Baptiste Bladier, the public prosecutor of Meaux. The investigation, entrusted to the Chelles-Villeparisis police station, made it possible to identify this man as the driver of the vehicle used by the attackers. He “would have remained on board” during the attack, said Baptiste Bladier on Friday.

Thursday, around 2 p.m., the 17-year-old teenager was on the public road near his establishment, Lycée Louis-Lumière, when three individuals “hooded and gloved”equipped in particular with a sharp object, “possibly an ax or a hatchet” and a blunt object « type batte de baseball », attacked him, he had traced. He received several blows to the back, arm and back of the skull, he added. The assault was committed by “outsiders” in high school, according to the Créteil academy.
No other arrests have taken place at this stage of the investigation, the prosecution said on Tuesday evening.
