Coach Albert D’Amato took stock of the first part of the season Urban basketball which arrived at the end of the year break with a balance of 10 victories and only 2 defeats, which earned it the 2nd place in the standings behind the leaders Loreto Pesaro. These are her words:
“Certainly a very positive first part of the season, even surprising in some ways considering that no one had credited us with the top six places in the standings. But I was certain that my players would give their all, as always, to try to win every game However, it must be said that, if in a normal championship it would be an optimal situation, when there are 8 relegations and only 6 places for salvation, we have not done anything yet so now we can rest, recharge and start again after the holidays with the spirit of those who absolutely want to play it all the way to stay in the category”.
