Ilzer: No, we’re not the types for that. I’m certainly more impulsive than Andi, he immediately notices when I’m irritable. We discuss everything in the coaching team, everyone contributes their opinion. When everyone leaves the room, everyone knows what we have to do. We have a great working atmosphere that you can never take for granted in football.
Schicker: I think we complement each other very well. Two and a half years after our first meeting, I can say that the positive feeling I had back then has been confirmed.
