BOLASPORT.COM – Monster Energy Yamaha team racer, Fabio Quartararo, denied that the status of defending champion gave him additional pressure that made him fail to defend the title.

Fabio Quartararo is one of the racers who is in the spotlight in MotoGP 2022 armed with the world title in the previous season.

Fabio Quartararo has shown quality since the start of the season.

Especially when the race entered the European region, Quartararo’s appearance became more consistent and he was able to finish race after race on the podium.

It’s a shame that his performance has decreased in the second half of the 2022 season, several bad results are approaching Quartararo.

The racer, nicknamed El Diablo, was only able to get on the podium twice, namely at the Austrian MotoGP and Malaysia MotoGP in the second half.

On the other hand, Quartararo failed to score three times, this record made him have to swallow a bitter pill.

Quartararo has to give up the world title to belong to Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo), after being 17 points behind at the end of the season.

Many argue that Quartararo’s series of poor results in the second half was the result of pressure as the defending champion.
