As usual this year too, on Sunday 4 December, the 10 KM road race was held on the streets of Canino, a municipality in the upper Tuscia that gives its name to the Canino DOP oil race. The race is part of the Corrintuscia competition circuit for the year 2022 where the Alto Lazio athletics company has participated since the first edition. This year the company took part with 16 athletes, 3 females and 11 males, who obtained excellent results, despite the very rainy day which disturbed the smooth running of the competition, which however came to a conclusion as always in the avenue which leads to the town square, where the start and finish of this event takes place as per tradition. Lhe athlete from Alto Lazio Fabio Troncarelli with a time of 39’10” obtained the best result of the club for men and Monica Santini with 44’56” for women. These are the results for the other two women of Alto Lazio athletics: Claudia Arigoni 49’04”, Alessandra Anetrini 50’06”. While the other males who reached the finish line are: Oddo Ottavianelli with 39’53”, Alessio Olivieri 41’18”, Umberto Citti 42’52”, Carlo Capozucchi 44’53”, Maurizio Tombolini 47’07”, Gianpaolo Leonardi 48’41 ”, Adriano Mozzicarelli 50’06”, Marco Lucentini 51’15”, Sergio Smera 51’34”, Mirco Duranti 51’49”.
To all the athletes of the company, for this further commitment during 2022, the warmest congratulations go from the whole Atletica Alto Lazio group which, for over 40 years, has been promoting this beautiful sport of athletics, in the various sectors, youth, competitive and masters.
