Yesterday in Rome the competitions that awarded the medals to five athletes of the Tarantini Fight Club Training Center. The Sardinian team brought back two golds, one silver and two bronzes to the island
A Italian Cup of Mma (mixed martial arts) which bears the mark of Sardinia. In the tenth edition of the tournament that took place yesterday at Palatorino of Romeunder the auspices of FederKombat with over 450 registered athletes, the Sassari team of Tarantini Fight Club Training Center he has brought his athletes to the highest steps of the podium. The team from Sassari thus contributed to the victory of team Aurora (national team based in Rome that brings together the best Italian schools of the discipline led by Lorenzo Borgomeo and Riccardo Carfagna) for the absolute Italian title and was classified as Sardinian first team with two golds, one silver and two bronzes.
To climb the podium were Andrea Crazy who brought home the gold in the 70 kg B/V category therefore I’m from Mbengue also gold in the 57 kg B/V. The silver went to Matthew Dore in the absolute Juniores 66 kg.
The bronze medal is Morgan Capocci in the 66 kg B/V and of Luca Case in the 70 kg white belt category.
Worth noting is the good performance of the rookies Andrea Callin the 70 kg B/V, and of Giuseppe Cannas, in the 77 kg B/V. The former won in the round of 16 but then had to give in on points in the quarterfinals. The second played a great fourth but then lost on points with the outgoing champion.
