Qatar 2022: Samuel Eto’o Responsible For Elimination Of Cameroon’s Indomitable Lions

Former Chelsea and Barcelona player Samuel Eto’o is considered one of the best African players of all time.

Cameroon’s national team, the Indomitable Lions, were in contention for this event, but were eliminated in the final round of qualifying. Samuel Eto’o, the former captain of the Cameroon national team, was blamed for the elimination.

Eto’o played for the Cameroon national team from 1999 to 2014. He captained the team for five years, from 2006 to 2010. During his career, Eto’o scored 56 goals in 118 games for Cameroon. He was voted best African player four times and won the UEFA Champions League three times. But despite all this he is, according to analysts, one of the worst presidents in the history of FECAFOOT.

Cameroon fans are angry and disappointed with their team’s performance, and they have good reason to blame Eto’o.

It was a blow for the Cameroonian supporters who were already struggling to digest the defeat of the first match against Switzerland.

After this elimination and despite the victory over the Brazilian team, Eto’o was criticized by fans and the Cameroonian media for his mismanagement. Some even suggested that he should resign.
