Sixth consecutive success for Acqua S.Bernardo Pallacanestro Cantù of coach Meo Sacchetti, who goes 62-81 on the pitch of Benacquista Assicurazioni Latina. The biancoblù thus remain hooked on 16 points to Vanoli Cremona, who yesterday won early 62-74 on the field of the E-Gap Stella Azzurra Roma. Coach Sacchetti can also smile for the convincing recovery of Francesco Stefanelli, who makes his league debut after the stop suffered in September in the Super Cup. Baldi Rossi opens the dance, to which Fall immediately replies. Then Nikolic and Da Ros go up 4-8 from outside. Cantù dominates in transition and pushes with Bucarelli and Baldi Rossi (4-12). Fall gives oxygen to his players, then Lewis takes care of it with a basket plus a foul to reach -3 (9-12). A question and answer follows between Bucarelli and Fall (11-15). At this point Hunt takes the chair, putting his paw on the final quarter which is worth the 16-25 of the first siren.

Latina, who shoots badly from the field, has to raise the white flag, while Cantù strolls. The numbers speak for themselves, with Cantù who in the 36th minute on 55-76 can make use of 19/32 from two points, 6/6 for free throws and ten triples scored, of which four by Rogic and two by Stefanelli.
Cantù administers and wins 62-81. Hunt nearly double-doubles with 18 points and 9 rebounds. Rogic (20 points) and Stefanelli (10) go into double figures.
