NBA: Stephen Curry on the sidelines for at least 2 more weeks

SAN FRANCISCO — Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry will miss at least two more weeks as he continues to recover from a partial left shoulder dislocation that occurred Dec. 14 against the Indiana Pacers.

The 34-year-old Curry has missed the last four games for the Warriors (15-18), the defending NBA champions.

Warriors executives said Saturday that Curry has been re-evaluated and his situation is improving. Another exam is due in two weeks.

Named Most Valuable Player to his team in the 2022 NBA Grand Finals, Curry is posting game averages of 30.0 points, 6.6 rebounds and 6.8 assists.

The Warriors will host the Memphis Grizzlies in one of five NBA games on Sunday, Christmas Day.
