In the Under 19 Female Individual category, Carla Cantero had a great tournament, although she could not go from the group stage to the main draw, nevertheless she climbed 26 places in the national ranking, ranking 111th with four tournaments played; On the other hand, Sara Checa, also in the U19 Female Individual, suffered the same fate as her teammate and couldn’t get past the groups.

In the Men’s Individual Sub19, Raúl Rodríguez could not sneak into the final draw either, staying in the group stage.

Carla Cantero and Sara Checa also competed in the U19 Women’s Doubles, being on the verge of finishing in second place, since in the match they played for the podium (in the Federated Badminton Tournaments the podium is two) they had the victory in the third set and they escaped due to small details, finishing in third position of the Tournament.
