Fury reveals he might need elbow surgery

New WBC world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury has told ESPN television that he may need surgery on his right elbow, which could delay a unification matchup with Ukranian Oleksandr Usyk, the U.S. champion. WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO, which was scheduled for the end of February or March of next year.
