Santo Domingo.- The National Federation of Professional Baseball Players (Fenapepro) will hold the third version of the Game of Legends next Sunday at the Quisqueya Juan Marichal stadium.
Erick Almonte, president of Fenapepro, said that this year the event will benefit the Pedro Martínez and Nelson Cruz foundations.
He explained that the activities will feature a celebrity game, a home run derby and a special tribute to Albert Pujols, who retired from the Major Leagues last season.
Almonte appreciated the support for the activity of Major League Baseball, through its Partnership Program, and the Major League Players Union, chaired by Tony Clark, who will be present. “There is great enthusiasm among all the invited players,” Almonte said.
