Detroit Tigers reveal plans to redevelop Comerica ParkSeventh Inning

The 2022-2023 low season of the Major League Baseball (MLB) continues its course and, as every year, some organizations are taking advantage of the period without activity in their stadiums to remodel them, such is the case of Detroit Tigers.

The team of the American League Central announced last Sunday that they will begin with the works in the Comerica Park to change the old lighting of the stadium for a state-of-the-art LED system.

According to the statement issued by the Tigersthis change will provide the stadium with more uniform lighting, as well as allow synchronization of the screens and various special effects to celebrate the home runs, while reducing energy consumption.

Said remodeling will be carried out during the next two months, so it is estimated that a possible change in the dimensions of the gardens before starting the next campaign.
