“As long as he is called…”: Kylian brushes aside Eden Hazard retirement rumors and defends his World Cup (video)

Eden Hazard can count on his little brother, Kylian, to defend him. The RWDM player was the guest of the program Dans le Vestiaire, which came back extensively on the elimination of the national team in this World Cup. A tournament that Eden Hazard ended badly, on the bench and only 8 minutes from time against Croatia.

From there to push him towards the exit and to consider an international retirement? For his brother, it is unlikely. “I don’t have the answer. He remains the captain of the team. As long as he is called up, it will be an honor for him”, he soberly replied. Before defending the level reached by his elder in the tournament. “Good, for someone who hadn’t played for a while. I found him in good shape. You could tell he was one of the few who wanted to wear this jersey and did it proudly. I don’t understand why they didn’t start, but I’m not the boss”he said on this subject.

Eden Hazard, soon to be 32, will have to make a choice about his future: stay at Real Madrid at the risk of no longer playing, or go elsewhere to grab some playing time. Kylian did not discuss the issue, saying that it was a very personal choice.
