In morning and afternoon schedules, Saturday will be the turn of the male and female categories, while Sunday will be reserved for mixed category matches. THE DETAILS

Also known as Spikeball or Trivolle, in Roundnet there are no limits to the playing area or fixed positions of the players, who can move 360º around the net.

The objective is to hit the ball over the net without hitting the ring and with a maximum of three hits and trying to prevent the opposing team from returning it successfully.

Every time the ball bounces off the net and is thrown out, possession changes and, from there, there is an exchange of blows until one of the teams fails to return it.

The points can be won by both the team that has the serve and the one that is in the rest and normally each game is played to fifteen or 21 points with a difference of two.

The teams must hit the ball alternately between the members of the pair and can be done with any part of the body, although generally the hands are used. Each game lasts approximately 15 to 20 minutes and in this Valdeluz championship there will be group phases and knockouts or brackets.

Originally from the United States, where it began to be practiced more than twenty years ago and today is a professional sport, Roundnet has around 350 practitioners in Spain. From the organizational point of view, it is not linked to any federation and the teams are grouped into territorial associations.
