Timothée Chalamet is taking root on the West Coast and has now bought the mansion that used to be the model Kate Upton and her husband, the baseball star Justin Verlander.
Upton and Verlander had initially put the 5,521-square-foot house up for sale for $ 11.7 million earlier this year, but ultimately sold it to the actor for “only” $ 11 million, according to reports. reports Dirt. In the 1990s it was owned by the saxophonist Kenny Gwho then sold it to the tennis star Pete Samprasand most recently it was owned by Jon Petersthe Hollywood producer and author of big hits like Caddyshack, Flashdance e Rain Man.
The villa is at the end of a long avenue hidden behind a large gate and high walls. It has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as a living room with a large fireplace, a dining room, a large kitchen, a lounge and an air-conditioned wine cellar.
The main suite, upstairs, is done in neutral tones and includes a spa-style bathroom and a double walk-in closet. There are also two smaller ‘family’ rooms and a separate guest bedroom.
