With the gaze turned to Paris 2024but with roots well planted in the shade of Vesuviustraining, updating and comparison become obligatory passages, stages of a necessary journey towards the evolution of the discipline that is practiced on the mat.

“Everyone has contributed to increasing awareness of how important sport is and in particular the five-circle sports disciplines”, reiterates the vice president of the regional committee of the Federation which he groups under his banner judo, lotta, karate e martial arts. “Particular attention was also paid to the topic, which has now become very topical, of the limits that must be respected in order to have a balanced growth of our athletes, so that they pursue their aspirations with respect for human abilities”, he asserts convinced Esposito.
