The unusability of the Carabinieri barracks in Abano does not stop the work of the Arma which, in order to prevent predatory crimes and to ensure the regular performance of the activities connected to the weekend “Movida”, has nevertheless implemented coordinated territorial control services .
During this last weekend, in fact, the Norm Patrols, supported by the SIO (Operational Intervention Teams) of the 4th “Veneto” Battalion of Mestre and by the NAS of Padua, beat the areas of Abano Terme, Albignasego and Monselice .
A total of 33 vehicles were checked and 94 people identified. Of these, two were reported to the Prefecture as drug users because they were found in possession of 3 and 1.25 grams of marijuana, respectively.
RISSA AL BAR A 30-year-old craftsman residing in Abano has been reported for unjustified possession of weapons and offensive objects. The man, in an evident state of alcoholic alteration, was involved in a dispute inside the local “Relilax’s Cafè & Shisha Lounge” bar. Arriving at the scene after the request for help, the soldiers of the Arma restored the situation to calm and during the search they found the young man in possession of a kitchen knife with an 18 cm blade and a reproduction of a Bruni pistol mod. . 92, cal. 9, without the red cap and with a magazine containing 5 rounds inserted.
