PMU – Arrival of the quinté of Sunday November 27 in Toulouse: from start to finish for Homo Deus

Arrival of the fifth : 8 – 16 – 10 – 5 – 12

Due to a lack of starters on the Mortemart hill, the Sunday quinté was relocated to the Ville Rose on the occasion of the 17th stage of the Défi du Galop. Contested on sticky ground, by seventeen competitors, over the classic distance of 2,400 m, this event came down to Homo Deus (n°8), one of the lowest values of this Listed Race. Presented by François Monfort, this 4-year-old gelding did not bother with tactics by taking the lead in the race as soon as the stalls opened. Well supported by Anthony Crastus, he was very courageous in the final phase to stem all the attacks and in particular that ofOlympia (#16), who regained considerable ground all along the straight after lingering at the back for a long time. He thus won the most beautiful jewel of his career and his first quinté for his third participation.

Away from the leading duo, Prince of Montfort (n°10), the favourite, also finished in a pleasant action which allowed him to steal third place from Pouvoir Royal (n°5), constantly noticed in the leading group. The fifth is completed by Circe (n°12), which is ahead Equinox (#4) and Say Good Buy (n°1).
