What a gala by NBA superstar Joel Embiid: The 2.13m tall center from Cameroon scored an unbelievable 59 points in his Philadelphia 76ers’ 105:98 against the Utah Jazz – a career high for the 28-year-old. There were also eleven rebounds, eight assists and seven blocks – that has never been seen in the NBA. Coach Doc Rivers raved afterwards that he had “never seen a more dominant performance when you combine defense and offense”.
