After the EURO 2022 qualifier win in Lithuania, and with Russia and Belarus still banned from WBSC Europe for 2023, there will be no playoff qualifier tournament.
There, the three EM qualifier tournament winners would have made up the last places at the Baseball EM.
Now the time has come, for the first time the Swiss Baseball National Team is allowed to play at the European Championship.
The tournament will take place in the Czech Republic at the end of September 2023. The groups were drawn on Saturday, November 26, 2022.
