From next Monday, November 14, to Friday, November 18, a new edition of Children’s Week will be held in Almendralejo, which, on this occasion, will be held only with fifth and sixth grade students from the eight schools in the city and not There will be participation of groups and associations related to childhood as in previous editions.
Throughout the week very diverse workshops have been scheduled and each day they will be concentrated in certain schools. Activities around dances, games and sports take center stage. Participants will be able to do archery, adventure towers, a circus workshop, Afrodance, laughter therapy and each day the day will end with a Tik Tok dance.
The Montero de Espinosa school opens activities on Monday. On Tuesday they will be held in San Roque; on Wednesday in Espronceda and San Francisco; on Thursday in Ruta de la Plata and San Antonio; and on Friday in Santo Ángel and Espronceda.
During this Children’s Week, a new Local Children’s Council has also been scheduled in the Plenary Hall of the town hall, which will take place on Thursday, November 17. It sets out the requests and preferences that young people have regarding the city or the development of future activities related to leisure, free time, training or culture.
